Cross Country Registration

The summer/fall session will be our cross country season. The main focus will be on longer distances of running. Athletes will run anywhere from 0.25 miles to 1.5 miles depending on age and the meet. Practices will begin easy and distances will gradually increase. All ability levels are welcome! The season runs from late July to mid-October.

Divisions

Division V - Ages 6 & under will run 0.25 or 0.50 miles.

Division IV - Ages 7 & 8 will run 1 mile.

Division III - Ages 9 & 10 will run 1.5 miles.

Division II - Ages 11 & 12 will run 1.5 miles.

***Any athlete is welcome to move up in division***

Track & Field Registration

The spring session will be our Track & Field season. Track & Field has an event for all ability levels. Athletes will run anywhere from 100 meters to 1 mile, or participate in field events such as high jump, long jump, and shot put. Practices will begin easy and distances will gradually increase. All ability levels are welcome! The season runs from early March to mid-May.

Events include: Long Jump, Standing Long Jump, High Jump, Shot Put, 100 m dash, 4x200 m relay, 1600 m run, 4x100 m relay, 400 m dash, 200 m hurdles, 800 m run, 200 m dash, and 4x400 m relay.

All athletes with disabilities.

Ages 8 & under

Ages 10 & under.

Ages 12 & under.
